Metadata Procedures
Create a separate metadata spreadsheet for each collection/county. Keep metadata consistent between ALL cells and ALL spreadsheets. Especially follow the metadata entry procedures to correctly put in the metadata, otherwise the website will not populate with collection objects. If you want to add metadata to a collection and spreadsheet, please add to its existing spreadsheet and follow these instructions.
